    Hugo Gävert
    Chief Data & AI Officer, DAIN Studios

    Hugo a M.Sc. in Information Technology from Aalto University, is the Chief Data & AI Officer at DAIN Studios since 2020, focusing on explainable AI and data analytics solutions. Previously, [he/she] was the Program Director for AI at OP Financial Group (2017-2020), leading strategic AI initiatives. At Sanoma Oyj (2013-2017), [he/she] served as the Chief Data Scientist, spearheading machine learning and data analytics teams. Earlier, [he/she] led data science projects at Nokia Oyj (2009-2013) and co-founded Xtract Oy (2001-2009), demonstrating a broad expertise in AI and data science across various sectors.

    Oguzhan Gencoglu
    Co-Founder and Head of AI, Root Signals

    In addition to his role at Root Signals Oguzhan runa his one-man AI advisory, Laconic. His expertise areas are 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, as well as entrepreneurship and business strategy. He has several years of experience in building and leading AI teams for developing, deploying, and scaling production-grade ML/AI solutions. Nowadays he works as a hands-on AI expert, advisor, and board member in various companies while cooking something new with his team at Root Signals.
